Some options are, vinyl transfers, plastic tile sheets, aluminium or stainless sheet (polished or matt) plastic\/acrylic\/composite panels and maybe just nothing. If you have a timber backing you may like the look of that. Just clear coat it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>But I want tiles! Well, you can tile it as well if you wish. Follow the same procedure as for a timber floor. Firstly, make sure you backsplash area is very secure. You don\u2019t want it moving and then cracking your nice new tiles!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Fix a cement board sheet to the backsplash area using the appropriate fixings and adhesive. Then lay your tiles on top of that. I would use a flexible tile adhesive. Remember these things flex and move.
